Why should I reserve a trailer in advance?
Reservations ensure a trailer is held for you and helps us better serve you.
What are your hours?
Please contact us by phone for availability and we will do our best to accommodate. Standard hours are Monday-Sunday 9am-5pm. If there is an emergency call (586)834-8765 and press "1".
Do I need to leave a deposit?
Yes, a $200 deposit is collected via credit card over the phone at the time of your reservation.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Please contact us at586-834-8765 regarding cancellations. Cancellation requests greater than 7 days from reservation will be considered for a full refund. Cancellation requests within 7 days will be charged 50% of the rental cost. All deposits are non refundable.
What if the trailer is stolen or damaged?
The renter is held responsible for the equipment from the time it is released to the renter’s custody until the time it is picked up. To avoid additional fees, make sure to always care for and protect your rented equipment as if it were your own. It should be returned in essentially the same condition as it left the shop.
How do you protect my privacy / information?
We value your privacy as much as we value your business. Under no circumstance do we provide unnecessary access to your personal or transaction information (except as required by law). All credit card transactions are conducted via a secure encrypted connection and we do not store your credit card information.
Do you have other accessories to add with the rental?
We have storage rack options to add on to your rental.
Are you delivery based or pick up based?
We only offer delivery options. We do not offer customer pick up of our refrigeration or freezer units.
Do you rent daily, weekly, or monthly?
We offer all three options for renting. We do not pro rate prices.
What are the requirements needed to rent?
We must have a dedicated 20amp outlet within 50ft from where the trailer is being placed, level solid ground to place the unit, a signed contract, and a $200 booking deposit.
Do you have options if we do not have a power source?
Yes, we have generators available for rent.
What kind of events do you typically deliver to?
We deliver for power outage emergencies, restaurant repair work, caterers, florists, weddings, festivals, corporate events, parties, and more!
What is the difference between a fridge rental or freezer rental?
The temperature is the main difference but the trailers look the same. Our Freezer Trailer maintains a selected temperature between 0°f and 32°f. Our Refrigeration Trailers maintain a selected temperature between 33°f and 50°f .
Can I tow the trailer to multiple locations?
NO. You can not move the trailer once we place it. If you need us to move it for you, you can give us a call. We will not transport the trailer with items in it.
If there is a power outage while the trailer is plugged in who is responsible?
If there happens to be a power outage while the trailer is operating the RENTER is responsible for the items inside the trailer. If you need us to call and restart the trailer we will walk you through getting it back on. If the renter can not get it started there will be a fee for us to come out to the location.
